tumbling & Acrobatics

At SDCA our tumbling and acrobatics classes will teach your child safe tumbling skills and progressions.

Classes are led by qualified instructors and our floor is a fully sprung gymnastics floor. This is so important as it reduces the impact on young joints.

Learn to roll, cartwheel and flip in a safe environment with the proper training aids and equipment.

Tumbling and Acrobatics classes are offered from 3 years of age.
